Abstract
1. Fully printed flexible wearable temperature sensor was realized on polyimide (PI) substrate using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)-enhanced Ti ₃ C ₂ Tₓ MXene ink through a customized, scalable 3Dprinting approach. 2. The sensor demonstarted reliable 20–60 °C sensing, with pronounced negative temperature coeffcient (NTC), a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of −0.84%/°C, and high linearity (Coefficient of Determiantion (R²) = 0.98). 3. It maintained stable response and recovery with negligible drift over 90 days, demonstrating excellent long-term reliability.
