Abstract
In this paper, we provide a Data-Centric approach of designing a network based aeronautical mobile telemetry system inspired by the well known OMG open standard, Data Distribution Service, which fully utilizing the real time performance of RTPS layer transmitting abilities and sophisticated designed QoS rules binding to pre-defined specific data types, data writers and readers. Two general data buses, Data Databus (DDB) and Operation and Control Databus (OCDB) are proposed alone with the concept of Flight Test Radio Access Network, which give the flight test organizer a flexible and resiliency system architecture to perform completed multiple test articles and multiple ground facilities flight test missions. Key words: Data-Centric, Aeronautical Flight Test, Radio Access Network.
