Abstract

Flight test campaigns within Turkish Aerospace are critical processes that require cost-effective and time-efficient management. Continuous monitoring and rapid identification of anomalies in both flight and ground systems — particularly telemetry systems and Flight Test Management Centers (FTMC) — are essential for ensuring data integrity and operational success. In this study, the FTMC Activity Report Software is introduced as a solution to enhance post-flight analysis. The software generates comprehensive assessment reports following each flight test by quantitatively evaluating telemetry losses across all test points and activities. Additionally, it visualizes key parameters from both airborne and ground-based equipment, enabling more effective interpretation of flight test data. By integrating and processing data streams from multiple subsystems in parallel, the system provides actionable insights into telemetry performance. The proposed approach reduces manual analysis effort, accelerates anomaly detection and resolution, and supports continuous improvement in telemetry systems.
