Abstract
Oesophagogastric cancer harbours a distinct microbiome that produces volatile short chain fatty acids. Bacterial headspace VOCs were characterised using an optimised, reliable, high-throughput TD-GCToF-MS and two-dimensional GC-MS with quality-controlled protocols.
