Abstract

A facile hydrothermal and freeze-drying two-step strategy has been developed to prepare threedimensional polypyrrole-coupled W18O49 nanowire/reduced graphene oxide aerogel (PPy-W18O49/rGOA) as room-temperature gas sensor. The morphology, phase composition and chemical state of W18O49 nanowire and PPy-W18O49/rGOAs were investigated. The synergistic effect of unique structure of aerogel, the ternary nanomaterials and interactions at p-n heterojunction will responsible for high performance chemiresistive sensing.
