Abstract
Application of spectral losses compensation in thickness resonance ultrasound spectroscopy (TRUS) was investigated. The arbitrary position, and width pulses (APWP) sequences were used to deliver higher energy and bandwidth and results compared to single pulse and chirp excitation in air-coupled and immersion setup.
