Abstract
This paper presents the fabrication of vertically oriented zinc oxide nanowires (NWs) grown by Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) and conduct different structural and electrical measurements such as AFM(PFM, SMIM and KPFM) on them. Moreover, we will present the first ever SMIM measurements on ZnO NWs. The correlation of these measurements will provide important information about their performance in piezoelectric transducing applications.
