Abstract
This paper proposes an innovative solution that combines topology optimization and suspensiondesign to meet the aerospace industry's demands for high reliability, lightweight, and environmentaladaptability in resonant absolute pressure sensors. Experimental and simulation result demonstratethat the temperature infection is reduced by 75% in harsh environments. The optimized sensorachieves an accuracy of 0.01% FS within a 140 kPa range under harsh temperatures (−50°C to 85°C).
