Abstract

Gas sensors TiO2 based were prepared by anodic oxidation method. The morphology of the TiO2 nanostructures were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. The gas sensing properties of TiO2 nanotubes exposed CO have been tested in a wide range of operating temperatures. The sensor using the fabricated nanotube arrays as the sensing elements demonstrated a good response to different concentrations of carbon monoxide from 480 to 850 ppm at 350 °C.
