Abstract

In this contribution, we present the H2S sensing performance of individual SnO2 nanowire-based gas sensors. Details about the fabrication and test of the sensor are shown and the results of H2S sensing experiment are analyzed. SnO2 nanowires are found to be promising building blocks of new devices designed for such task.
